Our Story

Collectively, we’ve spent over 30 years collaborating with public schools across New England. Throughout this journey, we’ve experienced firsthand the joys and challenges that educators face daily. Hearing the excitement in an educator’s voice when they see the progress their students have made brings us so much joy. However, we’ve also heard educators we’ve worked with for years voice that they’re not sure they can do this one more year, and that has been truly heartbreaking. The increased number of educators leaving the field or voicing discontent in recent years has underscored the immense pressures teachers face, revealing an immediate need to address school climate and staff satisfaction.

Why We Got Started

Understanding the bigger picture of these challenges, having the experience and expertise to address them, along with a passion for supporting educators is what brought us together to create Brecklin Consulting. Our strength lies in building connections and effective communication with educators and our area of expertise allows us to focus on evidence-based practices and behavioral science. When brought together, our strengths and expertise allows us to provide deep insights into the environmental and systemic changes necessary to improve school climate and staff satisfaction. This can be particularly impactful, as it applies a data-based approach to understanding and modifying school climates, which leads to more effective and measurable improvements.
