Who We Serve

Brecklin Consulting is dedicated to supporting a diverse range of individuals within pre-K through grade 12 educational communities in Massachusetts. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of administrators of public and private schools with an impact on the whole school community. We collaborate with school leaders to address the specific needs of their district in a variety of ways.

Designed for: This package is for district leaders (e.g., superintendents, principals, special education directors) committed to the ongoing process of strengthening school culture, recognizing that a supportive environment enhances both staff morale and student success.

What it entails: The School Climate Consultation Package focuses on assessing and enhancing school climate through an assessment, focus group interviews, targeted recommendations, and consultation.

Outcome: Leaders will have a deeper understanding of what their staff voice as strengths within the school/district, as well as challenges they recognize within their roles. Targeted recommendations and consultation will address these areas with guidance and collaboration with administrators. The lasting impact of this package is improved staff satisfaction, with the goal of strengthening and/or creating a positive school climate.

Designed for: This service is designed to support Special Education Administrators and Principals.

What it entails: Customized consultation designed to meet current needs (ex. systems support, staff training, special education program consultation, specialized program development or enhancement, etc.).

Outcome: Leaders will receive data driven recommendations to address identified needs and consultative support to implement recommendations in targeted areas.

Designed for: These assessments and evaluations are designed to assess special education programs or needs of students with disabilities.

What it entails: This service provides a variety of comprehensive assessments and evaluations to address special education program needs (e.g., Program Evaluation, Functional Behavior Assessment, Student Assessment).

Outcome: Leaders and staff will have a thorough understanding of the student and/or program as well as receive recommendations to bolster student success and optimize program design.
